Shipping & Delivery

IP Trading delivers Australia-wide via TNT Express and a network of trusted carriers including StarTrack and Australia Post. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery in 1-3 business days once shipped.

Please note: Shipping timeframes apply to in-stock items only. If your order contains backordered items, we will confirm your estimated dispatch date before your order ships. Check each product page for current stock availability.

Warehouse Collection

Free collection is available from our warehouse in Matraville, NSW. Orders are generally ready within 24 hours of placement. Please note: We are not a showroom. Pickup is by prior arrangement and stock confirmation only.

International Orders

International shipping is not currently active on our website. International orders are also subject to vendor approval, as some brands restrict IP Trading from exporting their products outside of Australia. If you have an international requirement, please contact us directly to discuss.

Stock Availability

We stock a wide range of network hardware and IT equipment, however some products are available to backorder. If an item is not in stock, this is noted on the product page. Backordered items cannot be dispatched until stock arrives from our suppliers.

IP Trading has been operating as IT hardware resellers since 2001. Over this time, we have successfully delivered approximately more than one million items to end users and resellers throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

IPT 3PL is a new service offering from IP Trading, utilising our vast experience in IT project logistics to assist end user customers and managed service providers with their IT project logistics requirements.

Secure Inventory Storage

Our secure warehouse is located in Matraville NSW, minutes away from the airport and ports, as well as major courier hubs. Your inventory will be stored on-site, ready for deployment in your project.

Inventory Management

IPT 3PL can consolidate your hardware orders and prepare them for dispatch to your sites around Australia. Our inventory management services include:

  • Product Labelling & Asset Tagging.
  • Serial number tracking.
  • Sorting & Inspection – capture images of carton labels at receiving + repack carton content to ensure suppliers have delivered the correct items.
  • Product assembly & testing.
  • Install basic configuration (configuration to be provided by your technicians).

Specialized Freight

IP Trading has courier accounts with most major national and international couriers, service offerings include:

  • Same day dispatch of goods (must be requested before 1PM AEDT)
  • Same day delivery to select Australian states.
  • Overnight delivery Australia wide.
  • Tailgate delivery service for heavy items or pallets when a forklift is not available at the recipient's end.
  • Delivery to secure Data centers and government sites.
  • Tracking and proof of delivery available for all shipments.
